Sadio Mane welcomes first child with 19-year-old wife

Al Nassr forward, Sadio Mane, is celebrating the arrival of his first child with his wife, Aisha Tamba. Mane, 32, married the 19-year-old last year in Keur Massar, Senegal. The wedding took place just six days before the start of the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations.

The couple had kept their relationship private before getting married. Tamba was still a student when they first met, but Sadio Mane had promised to marry her once they started dating. Following their 3-1 win over Al-Kholood, Al-Nassr confirmed the birth of their child, 14 months after their wedding.

During the game, Sadio Mane dedicated his goal to his baby girl, making a rocking motion with his arms and smiling for the cameras. His goal came after Cristiano Ronaldo’s early opener, with Jhon Duran sealing the victory in the final minutes of the match.
