In a shocking turn of events, an individual dressed in military attire who identified as a bandit has revealed a giveaway on Tiktok following the hunger protests in the nation.
The bandit stated that the giveaway serves as a reward for praising the infamous bandit leader Bello Turji during the protests.
Youths in the country had initiated #EndBadGovernance protests against economic hardship and widespread hunger.
Unfortunately, the protests were tainted by looting and vandalism in the northern region of Nigeria.
As the protests gained momentum across the country, a bandit took to TikTok to announce a giveaway. The bandit expressed gratitude and satisfaction that their leader was hailed as a ‘hero’ by some individuals from the northern part of the country.
He said, “May the peace and blessings be with you all Nigerians. Protesters, we heard you guys are praising Mohammed Bello Turji.
“We are grateful, we are grateful to you, may you achieve success. Bello Turji is greeting. Send your account details; Bello Turji wants to do something for you people.”
Shockingly, many Nigerians complied with the bandit’s request, sharing their bank account details in the comments section of the viral video.
However, it remains uncertain if the bandit fulfilled their promise.
