Easter: ‘The moment may be cloudy, it will usher in a glorious day’ – Tinubu sends message of hope to Nigerians

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reassured Nigerians that the country will overcome its current challenges, drawing parallels between the nation’s struggles and the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

In his Easter message, Tinubu urged citizens to keep faith and remain hopeful, emphasizing that the present difficulties will lead to a brighter future.

Despite recent tragic events and security issues, he expressed confidence in the security forces’ ability to restore peace and stability.

Tinubu also thanked Nigerians for their resilience in the face of economic challenges, assuring them that the economy is on a path to recovery.

The President’s Easter message read:

“The Holy Week, which spans Palm Sunday through Holy Thursday and Good Friday and culminates in Easter Sunday, calls us to reflect deeply on the enduring values of sacrifice, redemption, love, and hope.”
