A woman shared a shocking story of her roommate pouring hot water on her after catching her chatting with her boyfriend, unaware that they were actually planning a surprise for her.

The victim posted a photo of her swollen face and explained that her roommate mistakenly thought she was having an affair.

Little did the roommate know that the conversation was about organizing a special surprise for her.

“Life didn’t end when my roommate poured hot water on my face just because she caught me chatting with her bf not knowing we were planning a surprise for her birthday,” she said.
