A man was seen on camera ranting at a filling station where customers were allegedly being told to buy meat pie before they could purchase fuel.
The man was visibly upset as he complained about the unusual requirement for buying fuel at the station.
He claimed that the staff were enforcing a rule that customers must buy meat pie along with their fuel.
Expressing his frustration, the man called the condition absurd and questioned whether he had ever mentioned being hungry to them.
