Why I stopped shooting music videos for Asake – TG Omori (Video)

The renowned Nigerian music video director, ThankGod Omori Jesam, popularly known as TG Omori, has addressed the rumors surrounding his business deal with singer Asake.

Their collaboration began with the successful single “Organize” last year, which showcased their incredible synergy and introduced a new level of creativity to the industry.

With each subsequent project they worked on, TG Omori and Asake surpassed their previous achievements in terms of innovation and visuals.

However, speculation arose when Asake enlisted different directors for his latest music videos.

Many believed that the “terminator” singer was upset with TG Omori after their last project, “YOGA,” didn’t receive as much attention as his other videos.

To clarify the situation, TG Omori appeared on the Zero Condition podcast and emphasized the mutual respect he and Asake still share.

He mentioned that Olamide, the renowned musician and CEO of the YBNL record label, strongly believes in providing opportunities to talented individuals.

TG Omori believes it would be unfair to hold any grudges against Asake for exploring different collaborations, as Olamide’s philosophy encourages artists to work with various directors.

According to him, he and Asake are taking a break from working together as they have done about 10-12 music videos.
