Former president Donald Trump has made his first post on the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, now called “X,” since January 8, 2021.
The post comes shortly after he surrendered in Georgia for his fourth criminal indictment and included a link to his website and a photo of his mug shot. In the caption, he wrote, “Never surrender.”
Trump surrendered to Fulton County authorities on Thursday on charges related to his alleged attempts to undermine the results of the 2020 election.

It is worth noting that Trump’s account was banned by the platform after the January 6 Capitol riot due to the perceived risk of inciting further violence.
However, Elon Musk, who took over the platform in October 2022, reinstated Trump’s account after a poll showed a majority of users voting in favor of reinstatement for the former president.
